Cancelled Orders
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If you choose to cancel an order you placed with us, we will do so if the product has not shipped. Please note: Refunds for cancelled orders will be in form of crediting your store account within 90 days the full product price less the shipping and handling charge if the product has shipped.
Product Sales
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If you receive a damaged part, please file a "damaged product report" with the delivery company and promptly report the claim to our office. All product sales are non-cancelable and non-refundable. All credit cards charged whether it be by you or our staff will be charged to secure payment prior to shipment. Once funds have been received, your order will be processed and shipped promptly with tracking information.
Orders
Are Non-Refundable and Non- Cancelable. If you receive a part that you believe to be defective workmanship, please contact our office for processing information. All returned packages will be thoroughly inspected and a determination will be made if eligibility requirements are met for credit, replacement, exchange or repair at our sole discretion. Please be sure to promptly contact our office to avoid any delay or denial of processing a validated return. A 20% restock fee may apply for returned items
Parts Not in Stock
If you place an order for a product that is out of stock, please expect a delay in receiving your order as some parts must be purchased from other countries or have to be made depending on the item. If you wish to take receipt of a partial shipment if applicable, please notify our office and we will kindly do so. When the back ordered part (s) arrives, you will notified via an automatically generated email with tracking information.
